Hot tub on the deck (optional)

Built into the deck and kept decommissioned by default. Available as an opt-in extra for stays of 3+ nights: £150 commissioning + £25 energy surcharge added to your booking. We arrange the whole thing with Sandy Balls — just tick the box at checkout.

Activities — archery, alpaca walks & more

One Sandy Balls Guest Pass covers your whole booking party (not per person) for pool and gym access. On-site activities (archery, alpaca walks, forest laser tag, bushcraft school, cycle hire) require a pass to book, then carry their own per-session fee paid on the day.
